All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
We offer free standard shipping to customers in the UK. Estimated delivery times for domestic orders are typically between 5-8 business days.
Please note: Delivery times are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Factors such as carrier delays, customs clearance, or weather conditions may impact delivery times.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. Klaranko cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this to check the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time, contact us at contact@klaranko.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns up to 31 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund.
